Our Policy
When can I expect my shipment?
Veils: Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be ready to ship. We try to keep some of our more popular items (primarily veils with the Fine Embroidered edge finish) in stock for faster shipment, but since we can't guarantee it, you should allow that much time to be safe. Once the order ships you should receive it in 2-7 business days. We do send an automated email on the day that your order ships so you'll know just when to expect it.
Headpieces: In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not keep an excessive amount of inventory on hand but rather obtain them from our manufacturer as the orders are placed. Currently we receive all "headpiece only" orders from the manufacturer in 10-14 business days, some can be longer depedending on the manufacturer. Once we receive them they are inspected then shipped right to you.
Backorder Policy: Occasionally a headpiece may be out of stock with the manufacturer . If this is the case, you will be notified that the item is on backorder as soon as we are made aware of the situation. You will have the option of cancelling your order or waiting for the backordered item to arrive. We will wait to ship your order to you when it is complete. If you wish to have your partial order shipped first, and the backordered items when they arrive, we will be happy to do so however there will be an additional shipping charge for the second shipment. For items on backorder from the manufacturer, we will do our best to keep you up to date as to the estimated delivery timeframe.
Once completed, shipments within the US are made via the USPS Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time frame by USPS but not guaranteed. Our shipping rates are noted below. Please be aware that our shipping charge covers much more than the actual postage. It also includes packaging, handling, certified receipt & insurance. Make sure you double check your shipping address--there will be a re-shipping fee for all orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address.

Overnight Delivery: We will be happy to ship your order to you via USPS (Express Mail) overnight delivery, however this does not mean that it will ship out the day after you place the order. As explained above, it can take up to 4 weeks for an order to be completed for shipment. Once ready, with this option the mailing method will be USPS. The price for overnight shipment for 1-2 items is $25.00. You will need to contact us to add this shipping option to your order.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible while still offering a return policy we must limit the number of items per order. There is a limit of 2 items per order. Please contact us at Sales@BridalTiaraSalon.com if you wish to order in greater quantity.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
We understand that it is difficult to envision how a particular tiara will work with your gown, and unlike most bridal stores we do allow returns and exchanges. We want to be fair to our customers yet maintain practices that will allow us to keep our prices as low as possible. For that reason, the following requirements apply to items returned due to ANY reason, including workmanship. There is also a 20% restocking fee to cover our cost to adjust inventory and database. We do not refund shipping.
Because veils and headpieces can be easily damaged by repeated handling there are no implied warranties that apply for any reason beyond the first 7 days of receipt.
1. Once you receive your order you have 1 week to look it over and decide if you wish to return it. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date they were delivered to you. This does not mean that it has to reach us within 7 days, it just needs to be postmarked within that timeframe. Items returned to us with a postmark later than 7 days after delivery to you will not be accepted for refund*. Please open your shipment immediately!
*This means that if your wedding is cancelled, your dress arrives in a different color, or you change your mind, we are terribly sorry but we cannot accept a return after 7 days.
2. All returns must have the original tags intact. If the tags have been removed we will not accept the return and will not issue a credit.
3. We must receive your return in the original, new condition. We suggest you insure them for loss or damage by the carrier as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives damaged in any way.
4. Shipping charges for the initial delivery and for the return will not be refunded except in the case of replacement due to defect. Items that are being replaced or exchanged will be shipped via our regular USPS Mail delivery. If you wish to have them sent overnight there will be an additional charge.
5. We will replace any item that is found to be defective provided we are notified of the defect within 7 days of delivery to you. After 7 days we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your veil and/or headpiece carefully upon receipt. We will reimburse you for return shipment via USPS Mail and will promptly send the replacement via the same method.
6. Upon our receipt of a returned item meeting the above criteria, we will issue a credit to your charge card (or a check for money orders).
7. If you place an order and then subsequently call to cancel the order within 72 hours of placing the order, you are entitled to a full refund. However, if you cancel an order anytime after 72 hour period, you are entitled to a refund equalling 50% of your total, including the shipping fee you were charged. We incur costs when an order is placed, and upon cancellation by you the customer, we incur additional costs. If you cancel your order and it is determined that your order is already in transit to you, you are not entilted to a refund. Please be sure you want the item(s) that you order.
8. For veiling, if you order a certain color and upon receiving it find that you need a different color, you can return the veil for an exchange with a restocking fee of 20% of your order total, including the shipping fee you were charged. The 20% restocking fee is to cover our cost to adjust inventory and database. We do not refund shipping.
9. Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS!!!
The following applies to all Custom Orders
1. Because custom orders are made to your specifications they cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can the order be cancelled once it has been processed.
2. A custom order that is found to be defective will be replaced with an identical item provided we are notified of the problem within 7 days of the shipment arrival. After 7 days the item cannot be returned to the manufacturer therefore we will not be able to replace it..
