Great price for a Bel Aire tiara!!! This headband/or tiara has clusters of flower made of rhinestones and clear Swarovski's crystals. The brilliance is spectacular! However, the end of the tiara band is very slightly tarnished. This part would be tucked under the hair, so noone can can tell. The highest point is 3/4 inch and 8 inches across. Sale is final.
